Natasha has written for an extensive list of publications, including Healthline, Fitness magazine, and Oxygen magazine. As part of her career in the health and wellness industry, she works with clients on a daily basis to help them achieve their fitness goals. She enjoys teaching others about reaching their wellness goals.
Natasha was an occupational therapist in the early part of her career, working with older adults to help them regain their independence through therapy. She worked in both long-term care facilities and patient’s homes for more than a decade. In 2014, Natasha founded Fit Mama Santa Barbara and focused her energy on prenatal and postpartum fitness. She currently works with clients in the U.S. and abroad through her online platform.
Natasha graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, with a degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she pursued a career in occupational therapy and obtained her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has completed many continuing education courses in Kinesio Taping, geriatric rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, post-injury rehabilitation, Autism and Asperger’s, nutrition, sports psychology, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is also a Level 1 Crossfit Coach.
