The Ninja Coffee Bar offers four different brewing styles for a variety of coffee drinks: Classic Brew, which a more traditional drip coffee flavor; Rich Brew, which has a more intense flavor suitable for milk-based drinks or the addition of flavors; Over Ice Brew, which is a more concentrated brew intended to be added to ice for iced coffee drinks; and Specialty Brew, an espresso-like concentrated coffee that is ideal for specialty milk-based coffee beverages or frozen blended coffee drinks.

The coffee maker also allows the user to choose their brew size: a cup, a travel mug, or a carafe. Depending on the brew style and the brew size chosen, the coffee maker will draw the correct amount of water from the removable water reservoir. Other features include drip stop for filling a cup mid-brew, 24-hour preprogramming capabilities, a clean cycle indicator, and a frother to create frothy milk for specialty coffee drinks.

Some models will come with a 43-ounce glass carafe and a warming plate that will stay on for two hours after brewing before automatically shutting off, while others brew into an insulated stainless steel carafe. For individual servings, available cup options include a 12-ounce insulated mug with handle, a 14-ounce insulated cup, a stainless steel 16-ounce travel mug, and a hot and cold 18-ounce insulated tumbler.

Ninja's product line includes the Ninja Cooking System, the Nutri Ninja Extractors and Blenders, the Ninja Kitchen System, and other blenders and processors.

The Ninja Coffee Bar became available at certain retailers in September 2015 and began to sell for around $140.
