Nike has held a variety of positions in the digital space. Most recently, she worked as a freelance fact checker for Appen, where she improved the quality of social media content by fact checking claims posted by users. Her experience also includes work as a B2B writer and content marketer for Wordpress and others, and her writing has been featured on prominent blogs including Blogging Wizard and Torque.
Nike is also passionate about empowering underserved communities. Working in a volunteer capacity with CWEALF, she partnered with the non-profit to develop a digital strategy to boost the visibility of the organization and its mission to achieve equity for women and girls in Connecticut. Prior to working in the digital space, Nike worked in corporate merchandising, which sparked her interest in home and lifestyle.
