Experience

Pepper has been in the pest control industry since early 2015 after attending the Pacific Northwest Pest Management Conference with her husband. While pest control business ownership hadn't originally been on the table for either of them, they found themselves daydreaming about starting their own pest control company on their way home.

Since then, she and her husband Drew have built a pest management partnership based out of the greater Seattle area. They manage all aspects of their organization together, including inspection, diagnosis and treatment of pest issues, all while getting to serve thousands of incredible customers and their homes.

During the work day, you can find Pepper researching and writing about all things pest related. Her favorite part of her job is helping people feel prepared and educated when it comes to their pest control needs.
