When you want to eat dinner fast and don't want to spend any time in the kitchen, turn to my super quick recipes with five minute prep time. That's right - five minutes! These delicious main dishes spend most of their time in the oven or on the stovetop, happily cooking away while you relax or do something else. And cleanup is minimal. After all, prep time is hands-on time in the kitchen. If a recipe takes 5 minutes to put together, but an hour to cook, you win!
