  • 1 cup broccoli stems, chopped, thick skins removed
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow or red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon nama shoyu
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper or cayenne, optional
