    This is a great craft and toy for older kids.  Wacky Balls are those squishy balls that we used to kick (like a hack sack) when we were in school.  The object was to keep it from touching the ground.  When we weren't playing with it with our feet, we were squishing it with our hands?  Well, you can make your own!  You just need those leftover balloons you have stuffed in a drawer, flour, a spoon, scissors and a funnel.
