"Middle Eastern food is just as interesting as the history behind it. Savory spice and herbs tell the story of ancient markets and trading, which makes each region special. I hope to bring my love of Middle Eastern cuisine and it's unique flavor from my table to yours.
My first memory of cooking was helping my grandmother stuff and wrap grape leaves in Egypt. Today, my children help me do the same task. Middle Eastern food is more than just a meal, it is about tradition and family.
If you are a beginner or have been cooking Middle Eastern dishes for years, you will find this site to be a refreshing, simple approach to cooking. I hope you enjoy your visit at About Middle Eastern Food!"
