  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk or evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
