This shrimp salad recipe combines sweet shrimp and a creamy fresh herb dressing. Shrimp salad couldn’t be easier to make, as it’s simply tossed together and chilled.
1. In a large bowl combine the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, dill, chervil, tarragon and cayenne and salt to taste and mix well with a spatula.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve the salad cold.
