If you're eating gluten-free, double-check the ingredients if you're using jarred spaghetti sauce, because the other ingredients are wheat- and gluten-free. Enjoy!
- 1 cup quinoa, prepared according to package instructions
- 2/3 cup marinara sauce, any kind
- 2 tbsp fresh grated or shaved Parmesan cheese, or to taste
- optional: frozen thawed veggies, salt and pepper, fresh snipped basil
Warm prepared quinoa stovetop or in a microwave with marinara sauce until well heated. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. If you'd like, stir in some thawed frozen veggies, top it off with a bit of salt and pepper, or some fresh Italian herbs, such as basil.
