- 6 to 8 boneless chicken boneless chicken thighs, skin removed
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- Put chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the mustard and honey; mix to blend and pour over chicken.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or on low for about 7 hours.
