Barbecued pork sandwiches are so easily made in the slow cooker, and pulled pork is an excellent choice for a crowd.
1. Place pork roast in a lightly greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker.
2. Combine onion, barbecue sauce, honey, and hot pepper; pour over roast.
3. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.
4. Serve on buns, topped with slaw if desired.
