Your other option is to go with a bottled cranberry juice that is ready to go. One 60-ounce bottle (the average size) is almost two quarts (1.875 quarts to be exact), so you'll want to add about 4 ounces or 1/2 cup from a second bottle.

Also, don't be afraid to use the cranberry juice blends that are so common in the juice aisle. From cranberry-raspberry to cranberry-cherry, almost any fruity blend will work out great in this punch.

Select Your Sparkling Water

You have a number of options when it comes to sparkling water as well. Choose a standard sparkling water or club soda for a nice, neutral flavor. If you'd like to add a little sweetness, turn to a lightly flavored soda like ginger ale or any of the citrus soda options at the store.

With the increased availability of flavored sparkling waters today, you also have some great opportunities to give the punch an extra layer of flavor. Brands like LaCroix offer some fun sparkling waters with a variety of fruit flavors, from melons to berries and some interesting blends.
