This marinade is similar to an Asian Satay dipping sauce. The flavors of this spicy peanut sauce work well on any meat.

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) sherry, dry
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce, dark
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ginger, crushed
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) green onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) sesame oil, dark
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Chinese chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 6 garlic cloves

How to Make It

1. Combine everything in food processor and mix. Marinate pork for up to 8 hours.

2. Remove the chops from the marinade and simmer the marinade over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often.

3. Grill the chops and use the marinade as mop while grilling.
