    You will need: 3 eggs, 1/2 small onion, 1/2 small carrot, 1 sheet Korean roasted seaweed, 1 tsp salt, and a dash of pepper.

    Mix eggs and vegetables

    Mix eggs with whisk or fork and add onions and carrots until well combined.

    Pour egg mixture into lightly greased saute pan over LOW heat

    Any type of omelette takes a little patience and a rushed cook ends up with rubbery eggs, so don't rush it with high heat.

    Add the seaweed after a few minutes

    After heating slowly for a few minutes (DO NOT TURN UP THE HEAT!), add the sheet of roasted seaweed.

    Using a spoon or a baking spatula, coax egg into a tight roll.
