- Place all ingredients (except cacao nibs or chocolate chips if using) in a stand mixer.
- Blend on high until all incorporated.
- Pour mixture into a glass dish (a 9 x 5 loaf pan is a perfect size) and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
- If you like soft serve texture, enjoy immediately before freezing. Freeze for harder scoop ice cream texture.
