Summer is almost here - it's the season of bridal showers, graduation parties, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Picnics and dinners on the porch are all part of this wonderful season. For the easiest way to entertain, make a couple of these salads ahead of time. Then when your guests arrive, just pull them out of the fridge and let everyone help themselves. When you choose your salads, especially if you serve more than one, make sure that you think about picking a variety of...MORE meats, vegetables, and fruits, colors, and textures.
