This delicious tartar sauce recipe is made with mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped pickle. A perfect sauce for fish or seafood.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
- 1 tablespoon chopped drained capers
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- Blend the ingredients together well.
- Refrigerate and chill thoroughly until serving. This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups of tartar sauce but can easily be adjusted for more.
