When time is not on your side and you've got a busy day ahead, grabbing healthy snacks for the day is important if you plan on sticking to your sugar-free lifestyle. Temptation comes when we are hungry so avoiding that in the first place is the key to a sustainable sugar free life style. Sugar Cravings can come whenever we least expect them. Packing well will be a skill you must acquire sooner than later for peace of mind.
Don't get caught without one!
I have an arsenal of snacks I like to include when I go food shopping. Ones that are store bought but are needed, especially when there's just no time in the schedule to make my own snacks. If you follow my rule of thumb when purchasing packaged items, you will have no trouble reading food labels for sugar and know which foods to avoid.
Honestly, in this day and age there really is no reason you can't live a sustainable sugar free life style. The recipes are here for you to make and the store bought packaged can be found if you look carefully. The only difficult part will be portion control when something tastes so good you have trouble eating just the serving.
