Top 5 St. Patrick's Day Recipes

St. Patrick's Day is traditionally celebrated with corned beef and cabbage. Try my crockpot recipes for this classic this year. The meat turns out unbelievably tender, and the carrots, onions, and cabbage are flavored with beer and brown sugar. As implausible as that combination sounds, it's delicious. Other classic recipes include simmered corned beef. Mix it up with Corned Beef and Cabbage Tarts and some delicious Corned Beef and Slaw sandwiches.

Remember that if you are going to make...MORE recipes that use a cup or two of chopped corned beef, you don't have to buy an entire corned beef roast and cook it. You can simply buy thick slices of cooked corned beef at the deli and use that in these recipes. Enjoy!
