Vegetarian Game Day Munchies

But if you're vegetarian (or just not in the mood for a full-on meat fest), there's still plenty of great game day fare. This menu has it all, from crunchy loaded nachos and pizza to hearty casseroles and, (of course), brownies for dessert.

Kale may be trendy among health food fans, but don't scoff -- sauteed with garlic, it makes a fantastic pizza topper paired with mellow mozzarella and tangy goat cheese. A drizzle of olive oil pulls the flavors together. (DId I mention this White Pizza with Kale is fabulous with beer?)
