This fantastic sauce was created by President Johnson's pitmaster, Walter Jetton (the self-appointed "King of Barbecue"). Not only is this a famous sauce, but a delicious one too!

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 mL) water
  • 1 cup (240 mL) ketchup

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) chopped onion
