The consistency of this smoothie is thinner than some, but it's still a cool, refreshing way to consume a healthy dose of fruit and yogurt.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups 0% fat Greek-style vanilla yogurt (e.g., Oikos or Trader Joe's)

How to Make It

  1. Simply place watermelon chunks, chopped banana, ice and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into four large glasses or six small ones.
