    Combine your leftover chili with some leftover rice, add a bit of cheese (or a bit of salsa, if you have some leftover as well) and stuff the mixture inside a bell pepper. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about twenty minutes, or, or put them in the crockpot on high for a few hours.

    The most obvious answer as to what to do with leftover chili is to freeze it. Chili will keep well in the freezer for several months. To make it easier on yourself in the future, freeze your chili in single-serving portion sizes in order to avoid thawing out and reheating too large of a batch down the road. Freezer-safe zip-lock bags are a great option for freezing and storing leftover chili - just try to remove as much of the air as possible before sealing the bag.
