Leftover Chili + Leftover Rice = Stuffed Bell Peppers
Combine your leftover chili with some leftover rice, add a bit of cheese (or a bit of salsa, if you have some leftover as well) and stuff the mixture inside a bell pepper. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about twenty minutes, or, or put them in the crockpot on high for a few hours.
